The following precautions are in place for the safety of our staff and valued guests:

Guests and staff may not enter the premises if they display any symptoms of COVID-19.

Though guests and staff are no longer required to wear face coverings, we encourage you to do so in busier areas within the cafe.

Handwash facilities are available in the handwash room on the way in and out of the cafe. You are welcome to return to this room at any time to wash your hands again, or you may use the bathroom facilities on the ground floor.

Sanitiser dispensers are available on all tables and some larger wall-mounted dispensers are also available within the cafe space

Floor stickers will mark where to wait safely when queuing for entry, access to the handwash room and for the bathroom

Our sound system will play regular reminders to wash and sanitise your hands before eating and to maintain social distance within the cafe

Cafe entries are heavily restricted to allow for social distancing to be possible

Plexiglass barriers are installed at the entrance to reduce social contact with counter staff

We are now a cashless business and no longer handle physical currency.
Cancellations and Reschedules due to Covid
All guests whose bookings are cancelled due to lockdown can choose to be refunded or rescheduled.
Guests who cancel due to Covid exposure or symptoms will be issued with a refund or rescheduled without penalty.
Guests who no-show due to Covid exposure or symptoms will be offered a maximum refund of 50%. We will not reschedule a no-show booking.
Gift Voucher Extensions
Please email the team at info@ladydinahs.co.uk with your voucher number so that we can evaluate how many lockdown days have affected your voucher and extend accordingly. Please note we only offer extensions if your voucher validity was directly affected by one of the lockdown periods mandated by the government.
